As part of the programme, students will take part in weekly lessons and will receive their own journal/workbook.
The Resilience Project is a schoolwide programme from years 0 to 6 that provides practical, evidence-based, positive mental health strategies to build resilience and happiness. The programme focuses on three key pillars that have been proven to cultivate positive emotion; Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness (GEM).
