Student Leaders

At Te Kura Tuatahi o Te Puke, we take great pride in our student leaders who exemplify the values and spirit of our school community. Our student leadership program is founded on the belief that every student has the potential to make a positive impact and contribute to the growth and well-being of our kura.

Selected through a thoughtful and inclusive process, our student leaders are shining examples of integrity, responsibility, and empathy. They embody the qualities we wish to instill in all our students, and they inspire others to be the best versions of themselves.

Guided by the principles of service and teamwork, our student leaders play an integral role in fostering a supportive and inclusive school culture. They actively engage with their peers, teachers, and whānau, ensuring that everyone’s voice is heard, and their perspectives valued.

From organising school events and initiatives to representing our kura in various community endeavors, our student leaders lead by example. They embrace challenges with enthusiasm and resilience, embracing opportunities to learn and grow as they inspire others to do the same.
Through mentorship and peer support, our student leaders encourage their fellow students to reach their potential, both academically and personally. They foster an environment where kindness, respect, and inclusivity are celebrated, making our kura a place where every individual feels valued and empowered.

As they take on leadership roles, our students develop crucial skills such as communication, decision-making, and problem-solving, preparing them for success beyond their time at Te Kura Tuatahi o Te Puke.
We are proud to witness the positive impact our student leaders have on our kura, and we are excited to see them flourish as they lead with passion, humility, and a genuine commitment to making a difference. Together, they form a vibrant and dynamic leadership team that drives our school’s vision of identity, creativity, and growth.
